TCP shows Beatrice as heir of her father but Sir Jordan of Gressenhall had a successor son. Furthermore, Frisby is in Lincolnshire but TCP Foliot, which mentions many manors and their counties, does not mention any in Lincolnshire. Reconciliation would require different mothers and some of the estates to have been on the maternal lines and hence excluded from the male line in favor of the daughter of that wife.
