A site visitor NW, 16.09.07 kindly drew our attention to www.clan-wood.org.uk which reports that Andrew shown here as the 3rd laird died in 1579 just before his father and that it was his son Andrew shown here as the 4th laird who was Sheriff of Fife and in 1581-7 Comptroller of Scotland and d c1592 and that it was the latter's son, also called Andrew, who sold Largo in 1611. | |||||||||||||||
