BEB1841 Fettiplace of Childrey believes the family descended from a Fettiplace who according to BEB1841 "was gentleman usher to William the Conqueror, and came in with that monarch". Hence there are still about 6 generation unaccounted for. 'Tudor' begins with the following Adam but he may have been called Thomas. |
