It is really something to sing and dance about.
Dig up those old bones and get them dancing!

Break the two party system!

So people against something like abortion
but for something like environmental protection never again get bigger and badder storms
and two bankrupting wars instead.

Make the Electoral College a permanent government body with seat distribution proportional to the party tally in each state and give it the right to approve cabinet members and under secretaries instead of the US Senate!

m. Aline (or Alive) about 1215
TCP (Stapleton) reports that "No issue is recorded" for Sir Nicholas and shows his successor as Roger (d before 1246) who married Juliana de Wath and was father of Sir Nicholas (who married Margery Basset), father of the 1st Lord. We follow BP1934 in showing that the husband of Juliana de Wath and grandfather of the 1st Lord was the following son of the above Sir Nicholas ...

m1 Sibyl Bellew dau of John de Bellew, lord of Carlton, by Laderina Bruce/Brus
BE1883 differs from BLG1952 and TCP (Stapleton) by showing:
-1 Nicholas, 2nd Lord, as husband of Sibyl de Bellew/Beeaulieu. BE1883 does not name the 1st Lord's wife.
-2 Thomas, 4th Lord, as son of Nicholas (dvp) son of Miles, 3rd Lord.
-3 Gilbert of Bedale, who married Agnes FitzAlan, as son of Miles, 3rd Lord.
BLG1952 which is supported by TCP for items (1) and (2) seems most likely.

m. (before 15.12.1317) Agnes FitzAlan (b c1298, d before 03.11.1348, dau of Sir Bryan FitzAlan of Bedale)
The estate of Bedale and the Lord of the Manor passed via the eldest daughter: Agnes FitzAlan, whose marriage was granted on May 10, 1306 (when she was aged just 8) to Sir Miles de Stapleton of Carlton, Yorkshire for his son: Sir Gilbert de Stapleton d. before June 23, 1324 a younger son, whom she married before December 15, 1317, in whose family Bedale remained for over a century, and was still in the possession of their great-great-grandson, Sir Miles Stapleton who died September 30, 1466. His younger brother Brian Stapleton of Crispings (in Happisburgh) and Hasilden, Norfolk died about the same time and they both left only co-heiresses.[8] the destination of the Lordship of Bedale Manor is from this point unclear.
