was born about 1660, son of Nathaniel
Pope II Po10 and Mary Sisson.
He was a lawyer.
About 1683, or 1690, he married Jane
Brown (Br9) daughter of Original Brown and Jane
Brooks (widow Higdon) who was born about 1668 and died in 1752.
In 1708, he was chosen Guardian by Nathaniel Washington.
In 1710, "Nathaniel Pope, gentleman, was appointed Queen’s Attorney
in this County, Westmoreland.”
In 1711, he was Queen's Attorney during the absence of her Majesty’s
Attorney General. He was appointed by Alexander Spottswood, her Majesty's
Lieutenant General.
In 1712, he was authorized to build a mill at the head of Pope’s
Creek. ,
In 1712, August 2 and 3, the mill appraisement shows where he lived.
In 1714, on June 3, his son Worden (Po8), named for Dr. John Worden,
godson of Dr. John Worden, received a bequest of one-half of his estate
from his God-father.
Nathaniel Pope III (po9) died intestate in 1719.
On January 27, 1719, Jane Brown Pope (Br9).. widow of Nathaniel
III made oath that Nathaniel Pope died without making a will, and a certificate
was granted her administrator of estate, according to law.
Administrator's report was on July 27, 1721.
On June 23, 1723 she returned her accounts.

II). Bourn PRICE was born before 1725. He died after 1725.
