     (Pe17) Sir Robert Peyton was the son of Thomas Peyton (Pe18) and Jane Calthorpe, daughter of ___ Calthorpe.

    Born: about 1450.
    Married: Elizabeth Clere, daughter of Sir Robert Clere and Anna Hopton.
    Died: on 18 Mar 1517/18.
    Buried: at Isleham, Cambridge, England.
    He resided at Cambridge, England; estates of Wicken, Caldecote, and Isleham. He resided at Suffolk, England; estates of Peyton Hall, Calthorpe Hall, Leyham Hall, and Water Hall. He was High Sheriff of Cambridge in 1498. He left a will on 18 Mar 1517/18; proved 28 Apr 1518.
    Elizabeth Clere died in 1522.

        (Pe16-1)  Margaret Peyton married Francis Jenney; 1st wife. 

    (Pe16-2) Sir John Peyton married Dorothy Tyndall, daughter of Sir Robert Tyndall. 

     (Pe16-3) William Peyton was born at Ormesby, Norfolk, England. He died; young.
