La12  Benjamin Lawrence

La12  Benjamin Lawrence was  the son of the unknown immigrant Lawrence and his wife.
 

Born:  Under the assumption that his son Benjamin was born about 1640 in Accomac, Accomac Co., Virginia, his birth year has to be set before 1625 with a probability of about 1615. This makes it probable that he was born in Britain and immigrated to Accomac Co. Va. about 1635. Married: Ann Ascomb.  Died: The probability that the great hurricane of 6th Sept. 1667 drove his son to move to Maryland also makes this same date the probable date of death of both Benjamin Sr. and his wife, since the death toll was very high on the East Shore.

Children of Benjamin Lawrence and Ann Ascomb were as follows:   (La11) Benjamin Lawrence married 1st Ann ? 2nd Elizabeth Talbott, daughter of Richard Talbott and Elizabeth Ewen, in 1676 in Anne Arundel Co., Maryland.   (La11-2) Nehamiah Lawrence.   .
